摘要
以设计时速为160 km/h的北京轨道交通新机场线一期工程为研究背景,总体阐述了长距离含水卵砾石地层市域快轨8.8 m直径盾构设备选型与刀具配置、盾构施工关键技术等内容。通过选用加泥式土压平衡盾构机、辐条式刀盘,以撕裂刀为主切削刀,分层配置刀具,强化刀具耐磨设计等方法,结合碴土改良试验研究和应用,改善了掘进参数,降低了刀具磨损,解决了长距离含水卵砾石地层市域快轨8.8 m直径盾构施工难题。工程实施效果良好,节约了工期与成本,可为类似工程提供参考。
Taking the first phase project of Beijing rail transit new airport line with design speed of 160 km/h as the background,this paper generally describes the shield equipment selection,cutter configuration and key construction technology of 8.8 m-diameter shield machine for urban express rail in long-distance water bearing gravel stratum.Through the selection of mud adding earth pressure balance shield machine,spoke cutter head,as main cutting tool of tearing cutter,cutting tool configured in layers and strengthened with the method of wear-resistant design,combined with the experimental research and application of soil conditioning,the tunnelling parameters are improved,the tool wear is reduced,and the construction problem of long-distance 8.8 m diameter urban fast track shield construction in water bearing gravel stratum is solved.The implementation effect of the project is good and the construction period and cost are reduced,which can provide reference for similar projects.
