摘要
盾构法施工具有对周围环境影响小、自动化程度高、施工快速、优质高效、安全环保等优点,已成为城市轨道交通施工的主要方法。在盾构施工过程中,刀具经常磨损严重,需要进行开舱维护和更换作业,而盾构机的开舱方式多取决于地层条件。文章依托青岛市地铁8号线07工区工程,通过实施一套洞内WSS注浆加固+开挖面建立泥膜带压开舱施工技术,解决了上述问题。该技术不受地面施工条件约束,且对土体的加固由地面转向洞内,减少了对土体的加固周期,降低了施工成本。同时,该技术还保证了在开舱作业过程中掌子面的稳定,取得了良好效果,对类似工程有借鉴作用。
Shield tunnel construction has the advantages of small impact on the surrounding environment,high degree of automation,rapid construction,high quality and efficiency,safety and environmental protection and has become the main method of urban rail transit construction.During the construction of shield tunneling,the tool is often heavily worn and the earch chamber needs to be opened for maintenance and replacement.However,the chamber opening mode of shield tunnel machine mostly depends on the stratum conditions.Relying on the No.7 working area of Qingdao metro line 8,a set of construction technologies of WSS grouting reinforcement and construction of mud film under hyperbaric intervention is implemented to deal with the above problems.This method is not restricted by the ground surface construction conditions and the soil reinforcement is transferred from the ground to the tunnel,which reduces the period of soil reinforcement and the construction cost,guarantees the stability of the working face in the process of chamber opening and achieves good results.
