摘要
文章以广州佛莞城际FGZH-1标2台开挖直径Φ8.85 m、采用主动铰接形式的土压平衡盾构机,在R=600 m小曲线条件下下穿广州地铁三号线施工为例,详细地分析了本次施工技术重难点,并着重介绍了施工前后注意事项与掘进过程中的控制措施。该项施工技术在同等型号的盾构施工中尚属首次,施工难度大,安全风险高,目前2台盾构机均已顺利穿越地铁三号线,可为类似工程提供参考。
Taking the construction of Guangzhou metro line 3 passing underneath by R=600 m small curve of Guangzhou Foshan Dongguan intercity railway FGZH-1 bid section as an example,two sets of earth pressure balance shield machines with the excavation diameter of Φ8.85 m and the form of active articulation are used.The key points and difficulties of the construction technology are analyzed in detail,and the precautions before and after the construction and the control measures in the process of excavation are emphatically introduced.This construction technology is the first time used in the same type of shield construction,which is difficult to construct and of high safety risk.At present,two shield machines have successfully passed through the Guangzhou metro line 3,providing reference for similar projects.
