摘要
川藏铁路是我国进藏首选大动脉,铁路沿途海拔较高,高寒环境对施工机械性能提出了巨大挑战。文章使用内燃机功率调整和燃料消耗率换算方法研究了高原环境下非涡轮增压内燃机和涡轮增压内燃机的工作性能,采用双变量法分析了多个因素对内燃机工作性能的影响,获取了不同工况下内燃机的功率调整系数和燃油消耗率调整系数,计算了各类内燃机在高海拔隧道施工中的燃油经济成本。研究结果表明:内燃机种类、海拔高度和机械效率对内燃机功率和燃油消耗有巨大影响,而相对湿度影响微弱。相较于非涡轮增压式内燃机,涡轮增压式内燃机设备能有效节省燃油,每公里Ⅲ级围岩隧道施工燃油成本下降300万元,随着围岩级别上升,燃油成本继续下降。
The Sichuan-Tibet Railway will be the first-choice artery into Tibet,the altitude of the railway is usually high,the high cold environment has posed great challenges to the performance of construction machinery.The paper studies the working performance of non-turbocharged internal combustion engine and turbocharged internal combustion engine in highland environment by means of power adjustment and the conversion method of fuel consumption rate.The paper analyzes the effect of several factors on the performance of internal combustion engine by using the two-variable method,and obtains the power adjustment coefficient and fuel consumption rate adjustment coefficient of the internal combustion engine under different operating conditions.The results show that the type of internal combustion engine,altitude and mechanical efficiency have great influence on the power and fuel consumption of internal combustion engines,while the influence of relative humidity is weak.Compared with non-turbocharged internal combustion engines,turbocharged internal combustion engine equipment can effectively save fuel.The fuel cost per kilometer for tunnelling in surrounding rock grade ofⅢdecreases by at least 3 million Yuan.With the increase of surrounding rock level,the fuel cost continues declineing。
