摘要
随着近年来国产TBM大量应用,国产刀具也开始广泛地应用于TBM施工工程,而TBM国产刀具性能研究对刀具消耗估算、刀具选择及改进、进尺速度至关重要。为此,本文依托大规模应用国产刀具的新疆EH隧洞工程,通过TBM现场实际掘进,对Ⅱ类围岩三种岩性下的国产刀具磨耗进行统计对比分析,给出了Ⅱ类凝灰岩、花岗岩、石英闪长岩下各刀位的每延米掘进刀具损耗总数量、每延米刀具正常磨耗数量、每延米刀具磨损量以及单刀平均可掘进长度。同时,选取两种代表性国产刀具安装在同一刀盘上,进行了刀具性能现场对比掘进试验。结果表明:不同岩性下刀具磨耗性能相差很大,凝灰岩磨损率约是花岗岩和石英闪长岩的1/8;在抗压强度80~140 MPa围岩条件下,两家代表性国产刀具性能相差不大,均表现出良好的耐磨性能,相比较而言,L厂家的刀具耐磨性稍好,H厂家的刀具异常损坏数量相对较低;总体上来说,国产刀具非正常磨损换刀的占比较高,整刀性能和刀具维修技术还需进一步提高。
With the large-scale application of domestic TBM in recent years,domestic TBM cutters have also been widely used in TBM construction projects,and the performance research of TBM domestic cutters is critical to cutter consumption estimation,selection and improvement,and advance speed.In this respect,based on the large-scale application of domestic cutters in the Xinjiang EH tunnel project,through on-site TBM tunneling,statistical analysis of the domestic cutter consumption under three types of lithology ofⅡtype surrounding rock is performed,and the total number of cutter consumption per linear meter at each cutter position,the number of cutter wear consumption per linear meter,the amount of cutter wear per linear meter,and the average advance length of a single cutter are given under theⅡtype tuff,granite and quartz diorite.Two representative domestic cutters are selected to be installed on the same cutterhead,and the on-site comparative tunneling test of the cutter performance is conducted.The results show that the cutter wear performance differs greatly under different lithologies,and the wear rate under the tuff is only about 1/8 of granite and quartz diorite.Under the surrounding rock with compressive strength of 80-140 MPa,the performance of the two representative domestic cutters has no big difference and all shows good wear resistance.In comparison,the wear resistance of the cutters of manufacturer L is slightly better,and the number of abnormal damages of cutters of manufacturer H is relatively low.In general,the domestic cutter consumption due to the abnormal wear is relatively high,and the cutter performance and cutter maintenance technology need to be further improved.
