摘要
随着互联网和移动终端的普及,对施工现场进行信息化管理已成为一种必然趋势。施工现场信息化是以现场设备的数据采集为基础,所需设备种类多,且设备自动化程度参差不齐,导致数据采集面临较大困难。借鉴工业现场数据采集方法,本项目利用工业级数据采集设备,通过连接标准通信接口,配置相应驱动,采用有线网络、4G、Wifi等方式实现了施工现场设备的数据采集传输;采集的现场设备数据可为日后智慧工地、远程运维提供支撑,为后期轨道交通的大数据时代奠定基础。
With the popularization of internet and mobile terminals,it has become an inevitable trend to carry out information management of construction site.Construction site informatization is based on the data collection of field equipment,which requires many types of construction site equipment and the degree of equipment automation is uneven,resulting in great difficulties in data acquisition.Referring to the method of data acquisition in industrial field,this project adopts industrial data acquisition equipment by connecting standard communication interface and configures corresponding driver,and realizes data acquisition and transmission of the field equipment by means of wired network,4G,WiFi and other methods.The acquisited field equipment data will provide support for the future intelligent construction site and remote operation and maintenance,and lay a foundation for the later era of big data of the rail transit.
