摘要 新时代研究生思政教学面临新形势,推进研究生思政课专题研讨教学的协同创新,提升研究生思政课教学实效,是顺应时代要求、培养新时代德才兼备的高层次人才的需要。改变研究生思政课程的专题研讨教学现状,实现从当前的各自负责、力量分散、保障欠缺等局面向整合各方优势力量、协同合作新局面的转变,可以尝试从完善专题研讨教学协同创新的保障机制、激励机制以及整合教师队伍、拓展教学平台等途径着手。 In the new era,the ideological and political education of postgraduates is facing a new situation.To promote the collaborative innovation of the seminar teaching of postgraduate ideological and political course and improve the actual effect of its teaching is the need to comply with the requirements of the times and cultivate high-level talents with both ability and morality in the new era.In order to change the current situation of the seminar teaching of postgraduate ideological and political courses,and to realize the transformation from the current situation of respective responsibility,scattered power and lack of security to the new situation of integrating the strengths and promoting cooperation of all parties,such methods can be tried:to improve the guarantee mechanism and incentive mechanism of collaborative innovation of the seminar teaching,to integrate the teaching staff and to expand the teaching platform.
