Connotation and Cultivation of“5C Key Competences”for English Teachers in the New Era

教师核心素养研究的重要性在“欧盟核心素养”中早有体现,核心素养研究对象由学生到教师的转向势在必行。21世纪核心素养5C模型是基于我国国情,结合社会、经济、科技以及教育等多方面的发展需求提出的发展模型,具体包括文化理解与传承素养、审辩思维素养、创新、沟通与合作素养。基于“5C核心素养”的内涵,提出应该培养教师个体学习与研究的能力并构建教师学习共同体。

The importance of the research on teachers’key competence has early reflected in EU literacy,and it is imperative to transform the research object from teachers to students in terms of key competence.The 5Cs for the twenty-first century key competences pay attention to competence of cultural understanding and inheritance,competence of thinking,competence of innovation and cooperation,etc.Based on the specific connotation of 5C key competences,taking teachers as the research object,and aiming at the key competence of English subject,the paper summarizes the relevant requirements that conform to the national development trend and proposes some training suggestions.
