人工肝联合中药灌肠治疗乙型肝炎肝功能衰竭的临床效果及安全性评价

Clinical Effect and Safety Evaluation of Artificial Liver Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema in the Treatment of Hepatitis B Liver Failure

目的探讨人工肝联合中药灌肠治疗乙型肝炎(简称“乙肝”)肝功能衰竭的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2015年7月至2018年9月我院收治的80例乙肝肝功能衰竭患者,随机将患者均分为两组,给予对照组40例患者内科综合、人工肝及乳果糖灌肠联合治疗,给予观察组40例患者内科综合、人工肝及中药灌肠联合治疗,观察两组患者总有效率、实验室指标及不良反应情况。结果治疗前,两组患者实验室指标无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的ALT、TBil、NH3更低,PTA、ALB更高,且观察组总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工肝联合中药灌肠治疗乙肝肝功能衰竭临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical eff ect and safety of artifi cial liver combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of hepatitis B liver failure.Methods Eighty patients with hepatitis B liver failure admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in the control group were treated with comprehensive internal medicine,artifi cial liver and lactulose enema,40 patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive internal medicine,artifi cial liver and traditional Chinese medicine enema.The total eff ective rate,laboratory indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no signifi cant diff erence between the two groups of patients'laboratory indicators(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group ALT,TBil,NH3 were lower than the control group,and PTA and ALB were higher.In the observation group,the effi ciency was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of ADR was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Artifi cial liver combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema is eff ective in treating hepatitis B liver failure.
