前哨淋巴结活检联合保乳手术对老年乳腺癌的临床治疗效果

Clinical Effect of Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy Combined with Breast-conserving Surgery on Elderly Patients with Breast Cancer

目的探讨前哨淋巴结活检与保乳手术在老年乳腺癌治疗中的临床效果。方法抽取2017年6月至2018年6月收治的老年乳腺癌患者76例,随机分成参照组与研究组各38例,参照组接受常规的乳腺癌手术疗法,研究组接受前哨淋巴结活检与保乳手术联合疗法,观察两组临床治疗的效果。结果研究组手术所用时间、手术失血量、拔管时间、总引流量及住院时间等均比参照组短,组间对比区别有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组发生上肢水肿、皮下组织坏死、皮下积液等并发症的总概率是5.26%,参照组是44.74%,组间对比区别有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后生活质量评分均有所下降,而研究组下降幅度明显优于参照组,组间对比区别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年乳腺癌患者采用前哨淋巴结活检与保乳手术联合治疗效果显著,术后并发症少,可大大提高患者的生活质量,值得借鉴应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical eff ects of sentinel lymph node biopsy and breast conserving surgery in the treatment of elderly breast cancer.Methods A sample of 76 elderly breast cancer patients admitted from June 2017 to June 2018 was randomly divided into a reference group and a study group with 38 cases each.The reference group received conventional breast cancer surgery,and the study group received sentinel lymph node biopsy and breast-conserving surgery combination therapy,observe the eff ect of clinical treatment in the two groups.Results The operation time,surgical blood loss,extubation time,total drainage volume and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the reference group,and the diff erence between the two groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the total probability of upper limb edema,subcutaneous tissue necrosis,subcutaneous eff usion and other complications in the study group was 5.26%,while that in the reference group was 44.74%,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05);the two groups of surgery were operated on after the quality of life scores were decreased,and the study group was signifi cantly better than the reference group,the diff erence between the groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of sentinel lymph node biopsy and breast-conserving surgery for elderly breast cancer patients has a signifi cant eff ect,with fewer postoperative complications,which can greatly improve the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of reference and application.
