曲美他嗪联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Trimetazidine Combined with Metoprolol Succinate in the Treatment of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Heart Failure

目的研究曲美他嗪联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法96例冠心病心力衰竭患者均于2017年1月至2018年1月在我院接受治疗,根据治疗方式的不同将患者分为对照组(n=48,接受曲美他嗪治疗)和研究组(n=48,接受曲美他嗪联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗)。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后C反应蛋白、内皮素1和血浆脑钠肽水平以及炎性因子水平、治疗前后心功能相关指标水平。结果治疗后,研究组患者的C反应蛋白、内皮素1和血浆脑钠肽水平明显优于对照组,P<0.05;研究组患者的肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素1β和转化生长因子β水平与对照组相比,具有显著统计学差异,P<0.05。结论冠心病心力衰竭患者接受曲美他嗪联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗,能够有效促进患者病情好转。

Objective To study the clinical effi cacy of trimetazidine combined with metoprolol succinate in the treatment of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary heart disease)and heart failure.Methods A total of 96 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018.The patients were divided into a control group(n=48,receiving trimetazidine treatment)and a study group(n=48,receiving trimetazidine combined with metoprolol succinate treatment)according to diff erent treatment methods.The clinical effi cacy,the levels of C-reactive protein,endothelin 1,plasma brain natriuretic peptide,and the levels of infl ammatory factors before and after treatment,and the levels of related indicators of cardiac function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,endothelin 1 and plasma brain natriuretic peptide in the study group were signifi cantly better than those in the control group,P<0.05;compared with the control group,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1βand transforming growth factor-βin the study group were signifi cantly better(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure receiving trimetazidine combined with metoprolol succinate can eff ectively promote the improvement of the patient's condition.
