超声检查在急性胰腺炎诊断中的应用价值

Study the Application of Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨超声检查在诊断急性胰腺炎(AP)中的作用。方法90例疑似AP患者均接受超声检查及外科手术治疗,记录其超声检查结果、术后病理检查疾病确诊结果,将所得数据输入统计学软件后得出结论。结果90例疑似AP患者术后病理检查确诊AP 87例,其中水肿型AP所占比例(56.67%)高于坏死型AP(40.00%),数据对比,P<0.05;超声对AP检查敏感度为94.25%、特异度为100.00%;胰腺肿大(59.77%)、实质回声改变(67.82%)、胰周及腹腔积液(73.56%)是87例AP患者超声检查特征,数据对比P<0.05。结论应用超声检查诊断AP具有重要的临床价值,有利于获得较高的疾病检出率。

Objective To study the ultrasound applied in the specifi c role in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods Ninety patients with suspected acute pancreatitis were examined by ultrasound and surgery treatment,the ultrasonic examination results,postoperative pathologic examination results have been confi rmed,will be concluded after the data input statistics software.Results Ninety cases of suspected acute pancreatitis patients with postoperative pathological examination confi rmed 87 cases of acute pancreatitis,acute edema type pancreatitis(56.67%)higher than the proportion of necrosis type of acute pancreatitis(40.00%),the data contrast,P<0.05.Ultrasound examination of acute pancreatitis sensitivity was 94.25%,specifi city 100.00%.Pancreatic enlargement(59.77%),real change(67.82%)of the echo,peripancreatic and peritoneal eff usion(73.56%)is ultrasound characteristics of 87 cases of acute pancreatitis patients,the data contrast P<0.05.Conclusion The application of ultrasound diagnosis of acute pancreatitis have important clinical value as a result,is conducive to a higher detection rate.
