单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂联合康复治疗对老年脑梗死患者的疗效

Efficacy of Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Combined with Rehabilitation Therapy on Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂联合康复治疗对老年脑梗死患者的疗效。方法选取2017年7月至2019年8月在我院治疗的老年脑梗死患者110例,将患者随机分为对照组(n=55,采用常规和康复治疗)和观察组(n=55,在常规和康复治疗基础上联合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗)。比较两组治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数评分以及血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S100β蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)水平。结果治疗后,两组NIHSS评分、Barthel指数评分、血清NSE、S100β蛋白、SOD、AOPP水平均较本组治疗前显著改善,且观察组改善幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂联合康复治疗老年脑梗死患者临床效果显著,不仅能够修复患者的缺损神经功能,还能提升患者的预后生活质量。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside combined with rehabilitation therapy on elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from July 2017 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=55,using conventional and rehabilitation treatment)and an observation group(n=55,combined with monosialotetrahexose ganglioside treatment on the basis of conventional and rehabilitation treatment).National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,Barthel index score,the levels of serum neuron-specifi c enolase(NSE),S100βprotein,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and advanced oxidation protein products(AOPP)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the NIHSS score,Barthel index score and the levels of serum NSE,S100βprotein,SOD,and AOPP in the two groups were signifi cantly improved compared with those before the treatment,and the improvement in the observation group was signifi cantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with cerebral infarction have a signifi cant clinical eff ect with monosialotetrahexosylganglioside combined with rehabilitation therapy,which can not only repair the patient's defective nerve function,but also improve the patient's prognostic quality of life.
