左氧氟沙星、替硝唑联合康妇消炎栓直肠给药治疗妇科盆腔炎的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Levofloxacin and Tinidazole Combined with Kangfuxiaoyan Suppository on Gynecological Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的研究对妇科盆腔炎患者进行治疗时通过左氧氟沙星、替硝唑联合康妇消炎栓进行直肠给药所取得的效果。方法将2017年7月至2018年11月的104例妇科盆腔炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组平均52例,分别用左氧氟沙星+替硝唑+康复消炎栓直肠给药(观察组)和常规左氧氟沙星+替硝唑治疗,比较两组效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率比对照组高,不良反应发生率比对照组低,IL-2、TNF-α、CRP指标明显优于对照组患者,P<0.05,存在统计学差异性。结论为患者通过左氧氟沙星+替硝唑+康妇消炎栓直肠给药方案进行治疗能够有效的促进妇科盆腔炎患者治疗效果的提高,并且能够减少不良反应对患者的影响,改善患者的相关炎性因子水平。

Objective To study the eff ect of rectal administration of levofl oxacin,tinidazole and kangfuxiaoyan suppository in the treatment of patients with gynecological pelvic infl ammatory disease.Methods One hundred and four patients with gynecological pelvic infl ammatory disease from July 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with an average of 52 cases in each group.Levofl oxacin+tinidazole+kangfuxiaoyan suppository were administered rectal(observation group),and conventional levofl oxacin combined with tinidazole treatment,compare the eff ect.Results The total eff ective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The IL-2,TNF-α,CRP related indicators of the observation group were signifi cantly better than those in the control group,P<0.05,there is a statistical diff erence.Conclusion The rectal administration regimen of levofl oxacin+tinidazole+kangfuxiaoyan suppository can eff ectively promote the improvement of the treatment eff ect of patients with gynecological pelvic infl ammatory disease,and can reduce the impact of adverse reactions on patients and improve the relevant infl ammatory factors in patients Level.
