综合护理干预在呼吸内科重症患者护理中的效果

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of Severe Patients in Respiratory Department

目的研究综合护理干预在呼吸内科重症患者护理中的效果。方法85例呼吸内科重症患者均于铁岭市西丰县第一医院接受治疗,时间为2018年1月至2019年1月,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=43,采用常规护理措施)和研究组(n=42,在对照组的基础上采用综合护理)。比较两组生活质量以及护理满意度。结果研究组患者的生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对呼吸内科重症患者采取综合护理干预,护理效果显著,有效改善患者生活质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To study the eff ect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of severe patients in respiratory department.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,85 patients with severe respiratory diseases in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table,the control group(43 cases,using conventional nursing measures)and the study group(42 cases,using comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group),and the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life of the patients in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing measures for the patients with severe respiratory diseases are eff ective,eff ectively improving the quality of life of patients and increasing nursing satisfaction.
