流程化护理在恶性淋巴瘤靶向治疗中的应用及效果

Application and Effect of Flow Nursing in Targeted Therapy of Malignant Lymphoma

目的评价对恶性淋巴瘤患者行靶向治疗时应用流程化护理措施的效果,以便为临床的干预工作提供科学的参考依据。方法84例恶性淋巴瘤进行靶向治疗的患者均来自鞍山市中心医院,时间为2017年4月至2018年12月,所有患者根据实际状况进行靶向治疗,随机为对照组(n=42,配合常规护理)和观察组(n=42,实施流程化护理模式)。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的首次靶向药物滴注成功率、滴注期间不良反应发生率、目标治疗方案完成率、用药之后的不良反应发生率、生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论恶性淋巴瘤患者行靶向治疗时实施流程化护理能够有效的促进患者完成首次滴注成功率,降低不良反应,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the eff ect of procedural nursing measures in targeted therapy for malignant lymphoma patients,so as to provide scientifi c reference for clinical intervention.Method The 84 patients with malignant lymphoma undergoing targeted therapy came from Anshan Central Hospital from April 2017 to December 2018.All patients received targeted t herapy based on their actual conditions and were randomly assigned to the control group(n=42,with routine nursing)and observation group(n=42,implementing process-based nursing model).Compare the nursing eff ect of the two groups.Results The success rate of the fi rst targeted drug infusion,the incidence of adverse reactions during intravenous drip,the completion rate of the target treatment plan,the incidence of adverse reactions after medication,and the quality of life score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Streamlining nursing in targeted therapy of malignant lymphoma patients can eff ectively promote the success rate of the fi rst infusion,reduce adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life of patients.
