健康教育护理干预在老年慢性支气管炎患者中的应用效果

Effect of Health Education Nursing Intervention on Elderly Patients with Chronic Bronchitis

目的探讨健康教育护理干预在老年慢性支气管炎患者中的治疗效果。方法选择2017年8月至2018年12月老年慢性支气管炎86例患者作为调查对象,随机抽签方法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组患者均43例。对照组患者通过常规护理进行指导,观察组患者在常规护理基础上配合健康教育进行干预,对两组患者的护理效果进行评价和比较。结果观察组患者病情认知度为93.02%,明显高于对照组的72.09%,P<0.05;观察组风险事件发生率为4.65%,明显低于对照组的27.91%,P<0.05;观察组生理功能、情感支持、社会能力和精神状态评分分别为(91.50±1.50)分、(92.30±1.40)分、(92.30±1.60)分、(93.10±1.80)分,对照组分别为(78.20±1.60)分、(77.90±2.20)分、(76.80±2.30)分、(77.50±2.10)分,P<0.05。结论对老年慢性支气管炎患者实施健康教育干预能够有效提升患者对病情的认知,提升患者治疗的配合度,降低风险事件对患者的影响,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the therapeutic eff ect of health education and nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis from August 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the survey subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random drawing method,with 43 patients in each grou p.The patients in the control group were guided by routine care,and the patients in the observation group were intervened with health education on the basis of routine care.The nursing eff ects of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The patient's condition awareness in the observation group was 93.02%,which was signifi cantly higher than 72.09%in the control group,P<0.05;the incidence of risk events in the observation group was 4.65%,which was signifi cantly lower than 27.91%in the control group,P<0.05;The scores of physiological function,emotional support,social ability and mental state in the observation group were(91.50±1.50),(92.30±1.40),(92.30±1.60),and(93.10±1.80)points,respectively;the control group was(78.20±1.60)points,(77.90±2.20)points,(76.80±2.30)points,(77.50±2.10)points,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of health education interventions for elderly patients with chronic bronchitis can eff ectively improve patients'awareness of the disease,improve patient cooperation in treatment,reduce the impact of risk events on patients,and improve patients'quality of life.
