围手术期综合护理模式对胆囊结石手术患者疼痛及预后的影响

Influence of Perioperative Comprehensive Nursing Mode on Pain and Prognosis of Patients with Gallbladder Stone Operation

目的分析围手术期综合护理对胆囊结石手术患者的疼痛程度和预后效果的影响。方法2018年1月至2019年5月于我院收治行手术治疗的胆囊结石患者中选取96例,随机平分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=48)。两组患者围手术期分别配合实施综合护理干预和常规护理干预。比较两组患者的术后疼痛程度、术后康复效果及手术并发症发生率。结果观察组患者术后的疼痛程度明显比对照组患者更轻,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组患者的术后各项康复时间均明显短于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组患者的切口感染、胆漏、呕吐、腹腔出血等并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论围手术期综合护理干预可明显缓解胆囊结石患者的术后疼痛程度,缩短患者术后康复时间,降低并发症发生率,有效改善患者的预后效果。

Objective Analyze the eff ect of comprehensive perioperative nursing on the pain degree and prognosis of patients with gallbladder stone surgery.Methods From January 2018 to May 2019,96 patients with gallbladder stones who were admitted to our hospital for surgical treatment were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48).The two groups of patients cooperated with the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention during the perioperative period.The postoperative pain degree,postoperative rehabilitation eff ect and incidence of surgical complications were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative pain of the observation group was signifi cantly less than that of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant,P<0.05.The recovery time of the observation group was signifi cantly shorter than that of the control group.The diff erence was statistically signifi cant,P<0.05.The incidence of complications such as incision infection,bile leakage,vomiting,and abdominal hemorrhage in the observation group was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group,the diff erence was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly relieve the postoperative pain of patients with gallbladder stones,shorten the postoperative recovery time,reduce the incidence of complications,and eff ectively improve the prognosis of patients.
