个体人性化护理对老年高血压患者血压及并发症的影响

Influence of Individualized Humanized Nursing on Blood Pressure and Complications of Elderly Hypertensive Patients

目的探讨老年高血压患者护理中采取个体人性化护理对其血压和并发症的影响。方法选取本院2018年11月至2019年12月收治的老年高血压患者98例,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各49例,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者采取个体人性化护理。比较护理前后两组患者的血压水平、护理后生活质量、并发症、依从性评分。结果①在血压方面,观察组患者舒张压、收缩压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);②在并发症发生情况方面,观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);③在生活质量方面,观察组患者躯体功能、物质功能等生活质量各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);④在依从性方面,观察组患者依从性各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年高血压患者采取个体人性化护理可有效降低其血压水平,减少并发症发生率,提升依从性评分,提高生活质量评分。

Objective To explore the influence of individual humanized nursing on blood pressure and complications of elderly hypertensive patients.Methods Ninety-eight elderly patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given routine nursing,while patients in observation group were given individual humanized nursing.The blood pressure level,quality of life,complications and compliance scores of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results(1)In terms of blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)In the aspect of quality of life,the scores of physical function and material function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(4)In terms of compliance,the scores of compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individual humanized nursing care for elderly patients with hypertension can effectively reduce their blood pressure level,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the compliance score and improve the quality of life score.
