腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的快速康复护理分析

Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Analysis of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的对比分析快速康复护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月至2018年3月我院收治的110例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者作为研究目标,按照随机法将患者分为对照组45例(实施传统方式护理)与观察组65例(实施快速康复护理),观察两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后观察组并发症发生率为4.62%,明显低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05);24 h疼痛评分两组对比无差异,术后48 h、64 h观察组疼痛程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为96.92%,明显高于对照组的71.11%。结论快速康复护理应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者护理中,疗效佳,有效缓解疼痛,护理满意度高。

Objective To compare and analyze the eff ect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods From February 2017 to March 2018,110 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecys tectomy in our hospital were selected as the research target,and the patients were randomly divided into a control group of 45 cases(implementing traditional nursing care);an observation group of 65 cases(implementation of rapid rehabilitation nursing),observe the nursing eff ect of two groups of patients.Results After nursing,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.62%,which was signifi cantly lower than 26.67%in the control group(P<0.05);there was no diff erence in pain scores between the two groups at 24 hours,and pain scores in the observation group at 48 hours and 64 hours after surgery all were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group patient's nursing satisfaction was 96.92%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 71.11%.Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing is used in the nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,with good curative eff ect,eff ective pain relief,high nursing satisfaction.
