腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿患者的临床护理干预方法

Clinical Nursing Intervention of Patients with Ovarian Cyst Treated by Laparoscopic Surgery

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿患者的临床护理干预方法。方法将我院2016年1月至2018年12月收治的500例使用腹腔镜手术治疗的卵巢囊肿患者,随机分为常规护理服务组与整体护理服务组,每组250例。常规护理服务组给予传统护理,整体护理服务组开展整体护理干预。比较两组患者满意度;治疗时间、病情改善时间;护理前后应激心理状态、生存质量;腹胀和感染发生率。结果护理后,整体护理服务组患者的满意度、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、生存质量评分、治疗时间、病情改善时间、腹胀和感染发生率均优于常规护理服务组,P<0.05。结论对使用腹腔镜手术治疗的卵巢囊肿患者实施整体护理干预的效果确切,可有效缩短手术时间、病情改善时间,减轻患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,并减少感染和腹胀风险,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing intervention methods for patients with ovarian cysts treated by laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 500 patients with ovarian cysts treated by laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into a routine care service group and a holistic care service group,with 250 cases in each group.The routine nursing service group provides traditional nursing,and the holistic nursing service group carries out holistic nursing intervention.The satisfaction,treatment time,improvement time,stress mental state before and after nursing,quality of life;abdominal distension and infection incidence of the two groups of patients was compared.Results After nursing,the patients'satisfaction,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score,quality of life score,treatment time,improvement time,abdominal distension,and infection rates in the holistic nursing service group were all excellent in the routine nursing service group,P<0.05.Conclusion The eff ect of holistic nursing intervention for patients with ovarian cysts treated by laparoscopic surgery is defi nite.It can eff ectively shorten the operation time and improve the condition,reduce the anxiety and depression of the patients,reduce the risk of infection and abdominal distension,and improve the satisfaction of patients with care.
