温馨助产护理干预在产妇分娩中的应用效果

Explore and Analyze the Application Effect of Warm Midwifery Nursing Intervention in Parturient

目的分析温馨助产护理干预在产妇分娩中的应用效果。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月于本院产科进行分娩的产妇100例,由分娩时间先后分组,每组各50例,对照组应用常规护理干预,研究组应用温馨助产护理干预,对比两组应用效果。结果干预后,研究组产妇第一、二、三产程均明显短于对照组,产后2、24 h出血量均明显少于对照组,而自然分娩率、护理干预满意度均明显高于对照组,产后大出血率、围生儿窒息率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温馨助产护理干预在产妇分娩中的应用效果较显著,可有效预防围生儿窒息和产后出血,能明显缩短产程,促进产妇自然分娩,有助于提高产科整体护理质量。

Objective To analyze the eff ect of warm midwifery nursing intervention in parturient delivery.Methods One hundred parturients who delivered in obstetrics department of our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the time of delivery,50 in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the research group was given warm midwifery nursing intervention,and the eff ect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the fi rst,second and third stages of labor in the research group were signifi cantly shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of bleeding at 2 hours and 24 hours after delivery was signifi cantly less than those in the control group,while the rate of natural delivery and satisfaction of nursing intervention were signifi cantly higher than those in the control group,and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage and perinatal asphyxia were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of warm midwifery nursing intervention in parturient delivery has a signifi cant eff ect.It can eff ectively prevent perinatal asphyxia and postpartum hemorrhage,shorten the labor process,promote natural delivery of parturients,and help to improve the overall quality of obstetric care.
