妇产科腹部切口手术患者护理的方法及效果分析

Nursing Methods and Effect Analysis of Patients Undergoing Abdominal Incision in Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的了解妇产科腹部切口手术患者护理的方法及效果。方法将我院2016年10月至2018年11月的76例妇产科腹部切口手术患者,随机分组,常规护理方法组的妇产科女性给予常规护理方法,综合性护理组则对于妇产科腹部切口手术的患者开展全身心综合性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果综合性护理组腹部切口甲级愈合率高于常规护理方法组,妇产科腹部切口手术后肠蠕动的平均时间、腹部切口平均痊愈时间、手术后腹部切口持续疼痛时间、换药天数短于常规护理方法组,护理后焦虑情绪分值、抑郁情绪指标以及机体应激指标低于常规护理方法组,腹部切口、切口脂肪液化、便秘的发生率低于常规护理方法组,护理后的生存质量状况高于常规护理方法组,P<0.05。结论妇产科腹部切口手术患者实施综合性护理效果确切,可有效改善患者的情绪状态,降低腹部切口感染、切口脂肪液化、便秘的发生率,缩短住院时间,缓解切口疼痛,减少换药时间和提高甲级愈合率。

Objective To understand the nursing method and eff ect of patients undergoing abdominal incision in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 76 patients undergoing abdominal incision surgery in the department of gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital from October 2016 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.Women in the routine nursing method group were given routine nursing methods.The comprehensive nursing group carried out comprehensive physical and mental nursing for the patients undergoing abdominal incision surgery in obstetrics.The nursing eff ects of the two groups were compared.Results The grade A healing rate of abdominal incision in the comprehensive nursing group was higher than that in the routine nursing method group.The average time of intestinal peristalsis,the average healing time of abdominal incision,the time of persistent pain of abdominal incision after operation and the days of dressing change in the comprehensive nursing group were shorter than those in the routine nursing method group.The scores of anxiety,depression and stress after nursing in the comprehesive nursing group were lower than those in the routine nursing group.The incidence of abdominal incision,incision fat liquefaction and constipation in the comprehesive nursing group was lower than that of routine nursing method group,and the quality of life after nursing was higher than that of routine nursing method group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients undergoing abdominal incision surgery in obstetrics and gynecology is eff ective,which can eff ectively improve the emotional state of patients,reduce the incidence of abdominal incision infection,incision fat liquefaction and constipation,shorten hospital stay and relieve incision pain.reduce dressing time and improve grade A healing rate.
