心理护理干预对焦虑症患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Patients with Anxiety

目的探讨心理护理干预对焦虑症患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年4月收治的80例焦虑症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予心理护理干预。比较两组患者护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、服药依从性。结果护理后,观察组患者SAS评分和HAMA评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者服药依从性97.50%明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论对于焦虑症患者,给予其心理护理干预,可有效提高临床治疗效果,改善患者的焦虑症状,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical eff ect of psychological nursing intervention on patients with anxiety.Methods Eighty patients with anxiety admitted from January 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,patients in the observation group were given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score and medication compliance were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the SAS score and HAMA score of the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The medication compliance of 97.50%in the observation group was signifi cantly higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with anxiety,giving them psychological nursing intervention can eff ectively improve the clinical treatment eff ect,improve the anxiety symptoms of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
