辨证护理肝阳上亢型眩晕的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Syndrome Differentiation Nursing of Vertigo with Hyperactivity of Liver-yang

目的探讨辨证护理对肝阳上亢型眩晕的护理效果。方法将80例自2015年6月至2017年6月在我院接受诊治的肝阳上亢型眩晕患者按照随机抽签法分成对照组和观察组,分别予以常规护理和辨证护理,进行两组护理成效的对比。结果观察组患者护理满意程度得分(88.80±4.14)分明显高于对照组(72.84±4.82)分(P<0.05);两组护理前心态对比无差异(P>0.05),经护理,两组SAS评分和SDS评分下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论辨证护理可提高肝阳上亢型眩晕患者对护理工作的满意程度,减少负面情绪的影响,也可使患者各项症状表现得到缓解。

Objective To explore the nursing eff ect of syndrome diff erentiation nursing on vertigo with hyperactivity of liver-yang.Methods A total of 80 cases of vertigo patients with hyperactivity of liver-yang in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the lottery method.Routine nursing and syndrome diff erentiation nursing were given respectively,and the nursing eff ects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction score(88.80±4.14)in the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group(72.84±4.82)(P<0.05).There was no diff erence between the two groups in mentality before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The score of TCM syndromes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Syndrome diff erentiation nursing can improve the satisfaction degree of nursing work for patients with vertigo of hyperactivity of liver-yang,reduce the infl uence of negative emotions,but also make the symptoms of patients to be alleviated.
