新旧动能转换是实现创新驱动、推动经济由高速度增长向高质量发展的重大战略举措。标准化作为国民经济和社会发展的重要技术基础,在以新旧动能转换为主线推进供给侧结构性改革,推动科技创新和经济高质量发展过程中肩负重要责任。本文研究了典型国家及国内典型区域在以标准化促进新旧动能转换中的具体做法,总结了国内外成功经验,为地方加快运用标准化促进新旧动能转换提供参考,也为提出标准化促进新旧动能转化的对策建议奠定基础。

The conversion of new and old growth drivers is a major strategy to achieve innovation-driven and promote economic growth from high-speed to high-quality.Standardization,as an important technological foundation for national economic and social development,shoulders important responsibilities in the process of advancing supply-side structural reform with the conversion of new and old growth drivers as the main line,and promoting technological innovation and high-quality economic development.This article studies the specific practices of promoting the conversion of new and old growth drivers through standardization in typical countries and typical regions of China,summarizes successful experiences at home and abroad,and provides a reference for local governments to accelerate the use of standardization to promote the conversion of new and old growth drivers,and lays the foundation for the countermeasures and suggestions of promoting the conversion of new and old growth drivers by standardization.
