电子商务产业迅猛发展的同时,产品质量问题屡见不鲜。新经济催生新业态,新监管助力新业态,电子商务产品质量监测工作应运而生。经过多年来的工作探索实践,作者认为在电子商务产品质量监测流程中引入标准化理念,通过对人和物的严格控制,有利于促进工作的有效开展。本文从工作保障和质量风险点确认、质量监测计划制定、网上采样、样品检验、质量监测结果评价等环节,阐述了电子商务产品质量监测标准化工作的思考。

With the rapid development of e-commerce industry,there is widespread concern for product quality problems.The new economy hastens new formats,and the new supervision helps the new formats.It is why the quality monitoring of e-commerce products emerges.After years of exploration and practice,the authors believe that introducing the standardization concept in the process of e-commerce product quality monitoring,through the strict control of people and objects,is conducive to the effective development of the work.This paper expounds the thinking of e-commerce product quality monitoring standardization from the aspects of work guarantee and quality risk point confirmation,quality monitoring plan formulation,online sampling,sample inspection,quality monitoring result evaluation and other links.
