The U.S.Department of Defense(DoD)has always attached great importance to the research and application of electronic parts,in order to improve the quality reliability and application reliability of military and commercial parts in the military environment,SD-18,Parts Requirements and Application Guide,has been formed.This paper introduces the development process of SD-18,comprehensively interprets the main contents of the guide,and proposes a number of implications for the standardization work in the field of military electronic parts in our country.
