摘要
教育评价体制具有重要的导向作用,它的改革和发展已成为推动教育综合改革、提升教育质量的关键环节。在不同的质量观下教育评价的旨趣也是不同的,而本文关注的是教育生态评价。从内涵上来看,教育生态评价是指收集教育系统本身及其所处环境的信息,对教育生态系统实现教育目标的程度予以判断的过程。教育生态评价将教育质量看作是教育生态系统功能的发挥,谋求教育生态系统的可持续发展,因此呈现出整体性、多样性和发展性等三个特征。期冀本文的研究为教育质量评价改革提供新的视角和借鉴。
Educational evaluation plays an important guiding role,and its reform and development has become a crux in promoting the comprehensive reform of education and the improvement of the quality of education.Due to the existence of different quality outlooks,educational evaluation varies in its purport.This paper concerns the the evaluation of educational ecology.In essence,the evaluation involves collecting the information of education system itself as well as the environment,and is a process of evaluating the degree of it’s implementation.Evaluation of educational ecology regards education quality as a realization of educational ecology system,which exert its action and emerge from integrity,diversity and expansibility.It is hoped that the present research could offer new perspectives to be drawn on in reforming the appraisal of education quality.
