UPI和SCL-90在高校新生心理普查中的应用研究

The Use of UPI and SCL-90 in Psychological Surveys among College Freshmen

使用UPI、SCL-90作为测量工具,对某高校2018、2019级新生心理测评结果进行分析,结果发现:UPI与SCL-90检出标准具有中等强度一致性;女生UPI与SCL-90得分显著高于男生,心理问题检出率女生显著高于男生;综合UPI与SCL-90测评结果,新生群体主要心理问题可归为意志缺乏、自我冲突、人际敏感、抑郁焦虑体验。最后得出结论:UPI与SCL-90两者结合使用能够有效提高心理测评危机筛查可靠性,有助于发现新生群体心理问题的内在原因;心理普查应建立双向测评指标体系以服务全体学生。

Using UPI and SCL-90 as measurement tools,this paper analyzes the psychological evaluation results of 2018 and 2019 freshmen in a university.The results show that:UPI and SCL-90 detection standards had moderate consistency;the score of girls in UPI and SCL-90 is significantly higher than that of boys,and the detection rate of psychological problems of girls is significantly higher than that of boys;based on the evaluation results of UPI and SCL-90,the main psychological problems of freshmen can be classified as Lack of will,self conflict,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and anxiety experience.Finally,the conclusion is that the combination of UPI and SCL-90 can effectively improve the reliability of psychological evaluation crisis screening,and help to find the internal causes of psychological problems of freshmen.A two-way evaluation index system should be established for psychological census to serve all students.
