摘要
教学领导力是校长应具备的核心能力。提升校长教学领导力是教育改革与发展的必然要求,这是一个复杂和动态的过程,涉及学校目标、使命与影响力。只有在具体的情境下对教学进行思考与实践,校长的教学领导力才能得到有效提升。由于校长教学领导力具有复杂性与情境性的特点,因此在理论建构与测评工具开发时应该从多维度进行思考。我国应根据本土校长教学领导力的内涵和特点,建构与开发更加全面的测评工具,为决策制定者提供更有效和可靠的数据。校长教学领导力的建构可从外部支持与自身能力提升两个方面进行。
Instructional leadership is the core ability that principals should process.Thus,how to improve their instructional leadership is the inevitable requirement of education reform and development.To improve school principals’instructional leadership is a complex and dynamic process,which involves the goals,missions and influences of a school,and the principal’s leadership can be effectively improved under specific circumstances in which they need to think and practice of teaching and learning.As the principal’s instructional leadership has the characteristics of complexity and context,it is necessary to think from multiple dimensions in the construction of theory and the development of assessment tools.China should construct and develop more comprehensive assessment tools according to the connotation and characteristics of local school principals’instructional leadership,so as to provide more effective and reliable data for decision makers.At the same time,the paper argues that the construction of the school principal’s instructional leadership can be considered and practiced from two aspects:external support and self-ability improvement.
