在全球经济和技术高速发展的今天,产业结构调整导致大学生就业结构性矛盾加深。大学生只有以专业为依托融入社会结构,在合适的岗位上发挥其专业所长,才能够在推动行业发展的同时获取相应的社会回报并实现人生价值。大学生的结构性合理就业是其高质量就业的必要条件,而实现结构性合理就业则需要从"自我"和"社会"两个维度进行身份构建和认同。大学生应从提高专业事务能力、专业拓展能力、专业创新能力以及团队合作的能力这四个方面完备和提高自身素质,以应对生产日益智能化的现代社会。

With the rapid development of global economy and technology,the adjustment of industrial structure leads to the deepening of the structural contradiction of college students’employment.Only when college students are brought into the social structure based on their majors and play their professional strengths in the appropriate positions,can they obtain corresponding social returns and realize the value of life while promoting the development of the industry.The structural and reasonable employment of college students is the necessary condition for their high-quality employment,and to realize the structural reasonable employment requires college students to construct and identify their identity from the two dimensions of"self"and"society".In order to cope with the modern society with increasingly intelligent production in the new era,college students should perfect and improve their own quality from the four aspects of improving professional affairs ability,professional development ability,professional innovation ability and teamwork ability.
