冠心病患者PCI术后血清NO、ET-1水平与心血管事件及支架内再狭窄的关系 被引量:9

Relationship of serum levels of NO and ET-1 with occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events and in-stent restenosis after PCI in patients with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病(CHD)患者经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后血清一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平与发生心血管事件(MACE)和支架内再狭窄(ISR)的相关性。方法:抽取2017年1月至2019年2月于平煤神马医疗集团总医院行PCI的158例CHD患者作为CHD组,另选34例同期医院体检健康者作为对照组。收集两组临床资料,检测术后1个月血清NO、ET-1表达水平,记录术后1年MACE和ISR发生情况。分析血清NO、ET-1表达水平与术后发生MACE和ISR关系。结果:CHD组血清NO水平低于对照组,ET-1水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CHD组中术后发生MACE患者血清NO水平低于无MACE患者,ET-1水平高于无MACE患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CHD组中术后发生ISR患者血清NO水平低于无ISR患者,ET-1水平高于无ISR患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CHD患者PCI术后血清NO、ET-1表达水平与心血管事件和支架内再狭窄的发生有相关性,其能在一定程度上预测患者预后。 Objective:To investigate the relationship of serum levels of nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin-1(ET-1)with occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)and in-stent restenosis(ISR)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 158 patients with CHD who underwent PCI in General Hospital of Pingmei Shenma Medical Group from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the CHD group,and 34 healthy people who underwent physical examination in the hospital were selected as the control group.Clinical data were collected from both groups.The serum levels of NO and ET-1 were detected,and the occurrence of MACE and ISR 1 year after operation was recorded to analyze the relationship of serum levels of NO and ET-1 with occurrence of MACE and ISR after operation.Results:The serum NO level in the CHD group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the ET-1 level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative serum NO levels in patients with MACE were significantly lower than those of patients without MACE,and the ET-1 level was higher than that in patients without MACE(P<0.05)in the CHD group.The serum NO level in patients with ISR after surgery was significantly lower than that in patients without ISR,and the level of ET-1 was higher than that in patients without ISR(P<0.05).Conclusions:The postoperative expression levels of serum NO and ET-1 in CHD patients are related to development of MACE and ISR after PCI,which can predict the patients’prognosis in a certain extent.
