复合式干燥器压力控制特性在线检测系统 被引量:1

摘要 依据QC/T35—2015《汽车与挂车气压控制装置技术要求及台架试验方法》和企业测试要求,基于工控机、PCI高速数据采集卡,电气比例阀,气控电磁阀等研发复合式干燥器的专用在线检测装置,能够完成复合式干燥器的切断压力、回座压差、开启压力、关闭压力、动态关闭压力的在线检测。系统气压测量范围为0~1.6 MPa,气压测量准确度为0.1%,数据采集频率为1000 Hz;上位机部分使用LabVIEW编程,能够实现检测流程的自动化和测试数据管理功能。对测试系统进行大量重复性实验表明该检测系统能够准确高效地检测复合式干燥器的性能且测试系统稳定,满足企业测试要求。 According to QC/T35—2015 Automible and Trailer-Specifications and bench test methods of pressure control equipment and enterprise test requirements,based on industrial computer,PCI high-speed data acquisition card,electric proportional valve,pneumatic control solenoid valve,etc.,developed a dedicated online detection device for composite dryer.It can complete the online detection of the cutting pressure,back pressure difference,opening pressure,closing pressure and dynamic closing pressure of the composite dryer.The system air pressure measurement range is 0-1.6 MPa,the air pressure measurement accuracy is 0.1%,and the data acquisition frequency is 1000 Hz.The upper computer part uses LabVIEW programming to automate the inspection process and test data management functions.A large number of repetitive experiments on the test system show that the test system can accurately and efficiently detect the performance of the composite dryer and the detection system is stable,meeting the enterprise test requirements.
