摘要
开发一套装置,用来检测扭矩传感器是否合格,实时显示当前的扭矩值及自动对中能力.该装置采用Canny算子的图像边缘检测算法,有效排除噪声干扰,更好地检测出对中标志物的弱边缘,同时结合STM32技术和伺服控制系统,实现装置的高精度自动对中、位置控制和检测功能,避免人为手动操作出现的误差影响,扭力控制精度可达0.1%.为扭矩传感器能否投入市场提供有力保障,为计量与质检部门提供技术保障和质量监督.
A set of devices is developed to detect whether the torque sensor is qualified or not,and display the current torque value and automatic centering ability in real time.The device uses Canny operator image edge detection algorithm to effectively eliminate noise interference,and better detect the weak edge of the alignment mark.At the same time,combined with STM32 technology and servo control system,the device realizes high-precision automatic centering,position control and detection functions,avoiding the influence of manual operation error.The torque control accuracy can reach 0.1%.It can provide powerful guarantee for whether torque sensor can be put into the market,and provide technical support and quality supervision for measurement and quality inspection department.
