摘要
目的:合成具有新颖结构的阿那曲唑配合物,并对已合成配合物进行表征。方法:本研究首次以阿那曲唑作为配体与过渡金属盐MCl2(M=Zn、Cd、Mn),通过溶液法合成了结构新颖的阿那曲唑配合物。结果:通过X-射线单晶衍射对该配合物进行了结构测定,已成功合成出3个配合物,它们分子式均为[M(AN)4(N3)2]。该配合物的中心金属原子(MⅡ),分别与来自2个叠氮根的氮原子和4个单齿的阿那曲唑氮原子配位,形成了1个轻微扭曲的八面体结构,然后通过氢键作用和分子间作用力形成了1个二维平面结构。结论:3个阿那曲唑配合物均为未报道过的结构新颖的配合物。
Objective:To study the synthesis method of new anastrozole complexes and how to synthesize new anastrozole complexes,and then characterize this new complex.Methods:This experiment used metal salts MCl2(M=Zn,Cd,Mn)and Anastrozole as raw materials for the first time,three new anastrozole complexes were successfully synthesized by the solution method.Results:The structure of this new anastrozole compound was determined by instrumentation.The compound was[M(AN)4(N3)2].The structure of compound was determined by X-ray single crystal diffractometer.The local geometry around central metals can be best described as a slightly twisted octahedron which constructed by two nitrogen atom of a stack of nitrogen and four monodentate nitrogen atoms from different anastrozole ligands.The molecular skeleton was linked by some hydrogen bonds and intermolecular force to form a two-dimensional planar structure.Conclusion:The three novel anastrozole complexes have been successfully obtained.
