6~36月颐初营养包对早产的婴幼儿生长发育的影响

Effect of early nutrition package from 6 to 36 months on growth and development of premature infants

目的:分析6~36月颐初营养包对早产婴幼儿生长发育的影响。方法:2019年1月至12月选取我辖区中年龄段为6~24个月的78例早产婴幼儿为观察组,并以2018年1月至12月分娩且持续随访的75例早产婴幼儿为对照组,对照组采用常规的产后追踪护理方式,观察组在常规产后追踪护理的基础上应用6~36月颐初营养包,分别在校正年龄24个月时比较两组婴幼儿身高、体重、头围、胸围、坐高以及皮脂厚度等生长发育指标、运动发育指数(PDI)与智能发育指数(MDI),同时比较两组婴幼儿的贫血、感染及营养不良的发生率。结果:观察组婴幼儿的身高、体重、头围、胸围与坐高均明显好于对照组,其PDI与MDI评分均明显好于对照组,并且其贫血发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在早产婴幼儿6~24个月使用6~36月颐初营养包不仅能够改善其体格生长发育情况,也可促进运动与智能发育,并对抑制并发症有积极作用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of early nutrition package on the growth and development of premature infants.Methods:From January to December 2019,78 premature infants aged from 6 to 24 months in our district were selected as the observation group,and 75 preterm infants delivered from January to December 2018 and followed up continuously were selected as the control group.The control group was given conventional postpartum follow-up care,and the observation group was given 6-36 months primipara nutrition package on the basis of routine postpartum follow-up care.The growth and development indexes such as height,weight,head circumference,chest circumference,sitting height and sebum thickness,motor development index(PDI)and intelligent development index(MDI)were compared between the two groups;and the incidence of anemia,infection and malnutrition was compared between the two groups.Results:The height,weight,head circumference,chest circumference and sitting height of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the PDI and MDI scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the incidence of anemia was significantly lower than that of the control group,all with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of 6-36 months early nutrition package in preterm infants 6-24 months can not only improve their physical growth and development,but also promote the development of sports and intelligence,and has a positive effect on inhibiting complications.
