硫酸系统干吸工序扩能技术改进与创新

Improvement and innovation of capacity expansion technology in dry absorption process of sulphuric acid system

摘要 介绍了某公司硫酸系统干吸工序扩能技术改造项目的实施与效果。针对原干吸工序二吸塔能力不足的问题,利用原有设备,新增加1台小塔满足扩能后的烟气工艺条件。通过新增1套应急装置、将原吸收塔内平铺的捕沫丝网改进为V型捕沫器、增加尾气吸收装置、增加风机防喘振装置,提高系统及设备运行稳定性。系统改进投用后,设备运行稳定,经济效益和环保效益良好。 The implementation and effect of capacity expansion project of sulphuric acid system in a company are introduces.In view of the insufficient capacity of the secondary absorption tower in the original dry absorption process,a new small tower is added by using the original equipment to meet the flue gas process conditions after capacity expansion.The operation stability of the system and equipment is improved by adding a set of emergency device,improving the flat foam catching screen in the original absorption tower into V-type foam catcher,adding tail gas absorption device and fan anti surge device.After the system is improved and put into operation,the equipment runs stably and has good economic and environmental benefits.
