制酸系统适应高含杂镍冶炼烟气工艺装备技术研究及应用

摘要 针对镍冶炼原料变化引起的高温,高含尘、氟、氯、带水量超标,超出制酸系统净化承受能力,净化、干吸、转化和SO2鼓风机频繁故障等问题,金川集团有限公司进行了制酸系统工艺与装备技术创新,研发应用了湍冲高效洗涤降温除尘除害、新型复合强化降温洗涤除氟、循环水降温和转化适应高温高含杂烟气工艺,并进行了大型设备设施性能优化和技术提升,实现了高含杂镍冶炼烟气的降温除害,保证了设备设施的安全稳定运行。 In view of the problems of high temperature,high dust content,fluorine,chlorine and water carrying capacity caused by the change of nickel smelting raw materials,exceeding the purification capacity of the acid making system,frequent failures of purification,dry absorption,conversion and SO2 blowers,Jinchuan Group Co.,Ltd.has carried out technological innovation of acid making system,developed and applied turbulent high-efficiency washing,cooling,dust removal and harm removal,and new-type composite enhanced reduction In addition,the performance optimization and technical improvement of large-scale equipment and facilities have been carried out.The cooling and harm removal of high impurity nickel smelting flue gas has been realized,and the safe and stable operation of equipment and facilities has been ensured.
