摘要
介绍了曼海姆法硫酸钾装置主要设备曼海姆炉的结构、工艺指标及运行过程中出现的问题及处理方法。曼海姆炉运行指标直接影响产品的产量和质量,其中炉温的控制尤为重要,炉温需控制在500~540℃。曼海姆炉的炉床泄露是制约生产的瓶颈之一,炉床泄漏原因主要有开停车升降温过快、硫酸长期投料量大以及使用大颗粒晶体氯化钾等,生产过程中需要精心操作,做好对炉内件腐蚀的防护,保证曼海姆炉连续稳定运行。
The structure,process index,problems and treatment methods of Mannheim furnace,the main equipment of potassium sulfate plant by Mannheim process are introduced.The operation index of Mannheim furnace directly affects the output and quality of products,especially the control of furnace temperature,which should be controlled at 500-540℃.The leakage of furnace body in Mannheim furnace is one of the bottlenecks restricting production.The reasons for the leakage of the hearth mainly include the fast temperature rise and fall of the open and shutdown,the large dosage of sulphuric acid and the use of large crystal potassium chloride,etc.In the production process,careful operation is needed,and the corrosion protection of the furnace parts is well done to ensure the continuous and stable operation of Mannheim furnace.
