现代学徒制是我国职业教育改革的重要方向,是落实深化“产教融合、校企合作”的重要措施和手段。由于中等职业学校存在学生年龄偏小、不好管理等问题,学生管理是否科学决定着现代学徒制的成效。该文在分析现代学徒制人才培养特点的基础上,根据学生管理的基本原则,对宁夏农业学校畜牧兽医专业“现代学徒制”试点学生管理存在的问题及对策进行了探讨。
