摘要
对基于超星学习通教学平台的果蔬加工工艺学课程进行了调查研究,结果显示,该课程在线教学效果良好,对推动“线上”和“线下”教学方式改革具有积极作用。
The course fruit and vegetable processing technology based on the super star learning access teaching platform is investigated and analyzed,and the existing problems are pointed out.The investigation and analysis show that the course has a good effect in online teaching and plays a positive role in promoting the reform of“online”and“offline”teaching methods.
