冬奥契机下群众冰雪运动的发展困境与策略

The development difficulties and strategies of the mass ice and snow sports under the opportunity of the Winter Olympics

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对当前我国群众冰雪运动的发展进行研究。结果表明:在北京冬奥的推动下,冰雪运动的群众基础得以夯实、政策体系逐步健全、市场活力得到激发,为冰雪运动的发展提供了良好的契机。主要存在群众参与可持续性较低、产业结构失衡、教学体系发展滞后等现实困境。基于此,围绕弱化门槛制约提出三个方面相应对策:提高大众冰雪运动的可持续性;弥补产业短板,促进冰雪产业均衡发展;多元协调参与,构建完善的冰雪教学体系。

By using the method of literature and logical analysis,this paper researches the current development of mass ice and snow sports in China.The results show that with the promotion of the Beijing Winter Olympics,the mass foundation of ice and snow sports has been consolidated,the policy system has been gradually improved,and market vitality has been stimulated,which provides a good opportunity for the development of ice and snow sports.There are mainly real difficulties such as low sustainability of mass participation,unbalanced industrial structure,and lagging teaching system development.Based on this,this paper focuses on three aspects proposed corresponding strategies at weakening the threshold constraints and improving the sustainability of mass ice and snow sports;making up for the shortcomings of the industry and promote the balanced development of the ice and snow industry;and diversifying and coordinating participation to build a complete ice and snow teaching system.
