耗散理论视角下我国小篮球运动发展对策探析

An analysis of the development of Chinese mini-basketball from the perspective of dissipation theory

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,探索耗散理论视角下我国小篮球运动的发展路径。结果显示:我国小篮球利好政策的颁布与落实、赛区综合实力呈现竞争性不平衡、小篮球科研发展现状有待重视、非线性变化增加小篮球系统的复杂性是我国小篮球运动发展重点关注的话题。提出紧密结合国家政策,保持小篮球系统开放性;注重赛区内部发展水平,力求实现竞争性平衡;积极转化科研成果,创造可持续发展模式;借助系统非线性作用,多点发力创造小篮球人口等发展对策。

By using the methods of literature,logic analysis,etc.this paper explores the development path of Chinese small basketball from the perspective of dissipation theory.At present,the development of small basketball in China is a topic that needs urgent attention:the promulgation and implementation of favorable policies for small basketball,the comprehensive strength of the competition area presents a competitive imbalance,the status-quo of scientific research and development of small basketball needs attention,and nonlinear changes increase the complexity of the small basketball system.This paper suggests that closely integrate national policies to maintain the openness of the small basketball system;focus on the internal development level of the competition area and strive to achieve a competitive balance;actively transform scientific research results to create a sustainable development model;use the nonlinear effect of the system to make multiple efforts to create a small basketball population,etc.
