摘要
目的:探讨运动血清对海马HT-22细胞突触形成和BDNF、TrkB蛋白表达量的影响。方法:测定运动员和无运动习惯人血清睾酮、皮质醇、肌酸激酶和尿素含量,分别采用运动员血清、无运动习惯人血清干预离体培养的海马HT-22细胞,观察不同血清培养下海马HT-22细胞的形态,并测定海马HT-22细胞BDNF和TrkB两种蛋白的表达量。结果:在进行运动训练后,血清中生化指标有了一定的变化;运动血清培养的HT-22细胞间的连接数量多于无运动习惯人;男性运动血清组细胞BDNF和TrkB含量均显著大于无运动习惯男性血清组(P<0.05);女性运动血清组细胞TrkB含量显著大于无运动习惯型女性血清组(P<0.05)。结论:运动血清能够增加HT-22细胞间的连接数量以及BDNF、TrkB的表达,对海马产生有益的影响。
Objective:To investigate the effect of exercise serum on synapse formation and expression of BDNF and TrkB in HT-22 cells.Methods:The biochemical indexes of serum of athletes and people without exercise habit,including testosterone,cortisol,creatine kinase and urea nitrogen,were measured.The HT-22 cells in vitro were treated with the serum of athletes and people without exercise habits.The morphology of HT-22 cells in different serum cultures was observed,and the expression of BDNF and TrkB in HT-22 cells were measured.Results:After the exercise training,the biochemical indexes in serum had certain changes;The number of connections between HT-22 cells cultured with exercise serum was more than that of exercise habit people;The content of BDNF and TrkB in the male exercise serum group was significantly higher than that in non-exercise habit type male serum group(P<0.05);The content of TrkB in female exercise serum group was significantly higher than that in non-exercise habit type female serum group(P<0.05)(<0.05).Conclusion:Exercise serum can increase the number of connections between HT-22 cells and the expression of BDNF and TrkB,which has a beneficial effect on the hippocampus.
