摘要
目的:探讨跑台运动联合螺旋藻多糖对阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型小鼠认知功能及同型半胱氨酸水平的影响。方法:实验小鼠腹腔注射亚硝酸钠100mg/kg和D-半乳糖120mg/kg制备阿尔茨海默病模型,将建模成功的32只小鼠随机分为模型组(A),运动组(B1),药物组(B2),联合组(B3),每组8只,对运动组、药物组、联合组分别进行运动干预、药物干预及联保干预,B1组每天以10m/min跑200m,B2组给予螺旋藻多糖灌胃(67mg/kg/d),B3组运动联合螺旋藻多糖灌胃(B1+B2),连续8周;正常组(C)小鼠8只作为对照组,给予等量生理盐水注射,连续注射8周,第9周时,采用Morris水迷宫检测所有小鼠的学习记忆能力后取脑部组织匀浆,测同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、S100β蛋白水平。结果:与A组相比:C、B2、B3组120S内跨越平台的次数和在目标象限的探索时间均差异显著(P<0.05);C、B1、B2、B3组Hcy含量减少,差异显著(P<0.05);C组、B3组S100β差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:跑台运动联合螺旋藻多糖可有效改善AD模型小鼠的认知功能,显著降低其脑部同型半胱氨酸水平。
Objective:to investigate the effect of exercise combined with spirulina polysaccharides on homocysteine levels in Alzheimer’s disease mice.Methods:The model mice of Alzheimer’s disease were prepared by intraperitoneal injection of sodium nitrite 100 mg/kg and d-galactose 120 mg/kg.Animal mice were randomly divided into the model group(group A),the experimental group(B1,B2)and normal group(C),each group of8,the experimental group exercise intervention,drug intervention respectively,B1 every day with 10 m/min to run 200 meters,B2 was given spiral alga of lavage(67 mg/kg/d),and B3 movement joint helix alga of lavage(B1 and B2).In the 9 th week,the Morris water maze was used to test the learning and memory ability of mice,and then brain tissue homogenate was taken to measure the levels of homocysteine(Hcy)and S100 protein.Results:Compared with A:the number of platform crossings and exploration time in the target quadrant of C,B2,and B3 were significantly different within 120 S(P<0.05).The content of Hcy in C,B1,B2 and B3 decreased,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in S100βbetween C and B3(P<0.05).Conclusions:Treadmill exercise combined with spirulina polysaccharide can effectively improve the cognitive function of AD model mice and significantly reduce the homocysteine level in the brain.
