摘要
针对TSG18型受电弓上框架尾端圆管对接焊缝焊趾处的开裂现象,文章采用宏观金相、微观金相、成分分析、扫描电镜检测、能谱分析等一系列理化检测手段,进行了多个故障件裂纹失效分析。根据分析结果对焊接结构和焊接工艺进行优化改进,消除了结构应力集中现象,同时降低了焊接工艺难度,提高了焊接质量。
Aiming at the cracks at the weld toe of butt weld of round pipe at the end of upper frame of TSG18 pantograph,a series of physical and chemical methods,such as macroscopic metallography,microscopic metallography,composition analysis,scanning electron microscopy,energy spectrum analysis and so on,are used to analyze the crack failure of several fault parts.According to the analysis results,the welding structure and welding process are optimized and improved,which eliminates the phenomenon of structural stress concentration,reduces the difficulty of welding process and improves the welding quality.
