社会资本是影响民营经济发展的显性变量之一。社会资本对民营经济的影响机理为:信任网络影响民营经济市场信息流动、交易成本和民营经济主体身份生产,规范网络影响民营经济活动制度性权力的生成和约束作用逻辑,关系网络影响民营经济主体的利益协调能力、矛盾化解能力和参与公共事务逻辑。探究社会资本对民营经济的影响机理有利于从微观层面阐释民营经济发展过程中社会资本的功能价值和动力机制。

Social capital is the dominance variance that will affect the development of private economy.The effect logic of social capital on private economy should be as follows:believing that the network influences market information flow of the private economy,the transaction cost and the creation of the private economy subject status;standardizing the network′s influence on the generation and restraint logic of institutional power in private economic activities;enhancing the interest coordination ability of the network effect of the private economic entities,the conflict resolution ability and the logic of participation in public affairs of private economic entities.The exploration of the effect logic of the social capital on private economy is conducive to illustrating from the micro level the functional value and dynamic mechanism of social capital in the development process of private economy.
