培养大学生核心素养已经成为当前我国高等教育的一项重要任务,研究大学生核心素养的培育,构建包括文化基础、自主发展、社会参与的核心素养体系,有利于更好地落实党的教育方针,培养全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人。培养大学生核心素养,需要在遵循大学生身心特点及发展规律的基础上,科学合理地设置课程,提升大学生的文化素质;坚持以人为本的理念,促进大学生自主发展;健全管理体制,保障大学生社会参与等。

The cultivation of college students'core literacy has become an important task in China's higher education.To study the cultivation of college students'core literacy and to build a core literacy system including the cultural foundation,independent development and social participation are conducive to better implement the Party's education policy and to cultivate all-round socialist builders and successors.In order to cultivate the core quality of college students,it is necessary to set up courses scientifically and reasonably to improve the cultural quality of college stu dents based on following the physical and mental characteristics and development law of college students,to stick to the people-oriented concept,to promote the independent development of college students,to improve the management system,and to ensure the social participation of college students.
