摘要
为提高煤矿悬臂式掘进机的工作效率,分析了常用的前探方式存在的问题,设计了EBZ160T型掘探一体机,提出了在EBZ160型掘探一体机上设置矿用全液压钻机的策略.这种设计能够以掘进机的液压系统为动力源掘进井下的煤以及相应的半煤岩巷,进而提高掘进效率,减轻劳动强度,实现掘、探的连续作业.
In order to improve the working efficiency of the cantilever roadheader in coal mine, this paper introduces the commonly used method of forward exploration, designs the EBZ160T type machine, and puts forward the strategy of setting up the mine full hydraulic drilling machine on the EBZ160 type machine.In this way, the hydraulic system of the roadheader can be used as the power source, and the coal and the corresponding semi-coal and rock roadway can be thus improving the tunneling efficiency, reducing the labor intensity, and realizing the continuous operation of excavation and exploration.
